Choosing Between Them

After a hailstorm: Choose hail and storm damage replacement. Start with an inspection and a photo record for your insurer; the insurer and adjuster decide coverage, and we replace what the damage and your decision call for.
Drips at corners or ends: Choose leak repair and re-sealing when water falls from a mitre, end cap or outlet but the trough is straight and the metal sound. If the joint metal is split or corroded, replacement of that run is the better fix.
A run that dips or pulls away: Choose sag repair when a section droops, holds water or has pulled off the fascia. We check the wood behind it first, because a sag over rotted fascia needs carpentry before any hanger goes back in.
Overflow with no visible damage: Choose cleaning and downspout flushing when water spills over the front in normal rain. If it still overflows once the system is clean and flowing, the cause is sizing or slope, and the report will point that way.

Why It Matters Around Airdrie
